After almost 15 years of marriage,
I walked out of divorce court no longer part of a couple. As I navigated the pain of divorce, I felt afraid, overwhelmed and lonely. In addition, I was now a single parent. I not only needed to nurture my own emotional well-being, but also that of my four children. more
